I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's interior as the rooms were much nicer than expected from the outside appearance. The location was convenient but a bit older than portrayed in the pictures. The service was top-notch, with the friendly reception staff going out of their way to help us navigate Madrid center using the renfe and providing a complaint form when needed. However, the taxi fare was a bit ridiculous. The hotel's proximity to the retail park and Madrid Airport was ideal for an early flight, but it was somewhat distant from central attractions. The dining options were not as expected, with poor choices and cold appetizers, while the price did not match our tastes for value. The facilities were not tested but seemed adequate based on the surroundings.
